Physical activity and exercise during pregnancy and postnatally are incredibly beneficial for physical and mental health.

Whether you are prenatal or postnatal, all fitness classes are based on functional exercises and movements which mimic everyday life. What do mums do? They squat, lunge, lift and carry so we need to train for those functions.
