I'm Jen, a personal trainer and founder of Milestone Fitness based in Epsom, Surrey.  I'm a prenatal and postnatal exercise specialist as well as a specialist in exercise for older adults. I'm passionate about fitness and particularly the mental health benefits it brings.


Whether your fitness goals involve maintaining or improving your strength and endurance or simply keeping your body moving to maintain functional independence and have fun, Milestone Fitness can help you:

Personal training as a 121, duo or group.​


Flexible around your busy schedule - I come to a location to suit you (within 5 miles of Epsom, Surrey) - your home, garden, local park. Online is also an option. 


121s and duos can be booked as 4,8 or 12 session packages (face to face, online or a mix of the two). The more you book the bigger the saving.

If you'd prefer something bespoke, let's chat.


Pregnant or postnatal and no childcare? No problem. Exercise alongside your little ones or while they nap / watch from the comfort of your home
