Just in case you're wondering...

Do you have any testimonials you can share?
Yes - you can check out some of these via my business page on Google here.
I am also independently vetted and recommended by Epsom and Ewell Families.
I'm keen to start personal training with you, what are the next steps?
In the first instance we'll have an initial consultation (free of charge) to discuss your medical status, current exercise and physical activity levels, likes / dislikes etc to understand a bit more about you and your goals.
There will be a couple of forms to complete as part of this so all being well we should be able to start training together straight away. If a medical referral is required, we will require authorisation from your GP or healthcare provider before we can start training together.
Do I need to purchase any equipment?
No. I will bring any equipment required for our personal training sessions. All equipment is easily transportable. Of course, if you'd prefer to use your own exercise mat and suitable equipment for the session that's absolutely fine too.
