Keep strong and fit during your pregnancy journey in preparation for birth & motherhood.
Service Description
A low to moderate intensity pregnancy full body workout which focuses on strength, low impact cardio, posture, stretching and breathing using bodyweight, bands and light weights. Classes will guide you safely through your pregnancy with modifications and regressions as required depending on where you are in your journey. Unique benefits of staying active in pregnancy: 1. Reduces the likelihood of developing gestational diabetes. 2. Reduces risk of developing preeclampsia 3. Reduces the chance of excessive weight gain 4. Boosts your mood 5. Increases quality of sleep 6. Increases cardiorespiratory fitness Expectant mums of all fitness levels welcome from 14 weeks to full term (assuming you have no contraindications to exercise). Please bring an exercise mat along. All other equipment will be provided if required.
