Service Description
A low to moderate intensity postnatal full body workout using bodyweight, bands and light weights with a focus on breathing, core restore and posture. Classes will guide you safely through your postnatal journey with exercise modifications, regressions or progressions provided as required. Suitable for ladies of all fitness levels who have had their postnatal check up with their GP or women's health physio and given the all clear for exercise. The class is open to babies pre-crawling age. Please bring an exercise mat along. All other equipment will be provided if required. You may wish to bring a blanket and some toys for your baby/ babies.
